Let's get down to the terms and conditions. We aim to provide you with the best sunscreen possible, as fast as possible. If you have any questions not covered here, just hit us up on the contacts page

Order cancellation
Beachfox aims to ship your product(s) as soon as possible from receiving the order. This means we usually cannot accept cancellations once your order has been submitted. That said, if you have made a mistake feel free to email us and we'll see what we can do.

All emails regarding cancellations must be titled ‘Cancel Order’ in the Subject field of the email. Please include your full name and order number in the body of the email. All cancellation requests will be reviewed as soon as possible and if the order has not been submitted to our warehouse at the time of review, then we will process your cancellation if possible.

Change of address
Given that we process and ship all orders as soon as possible we are only able to change address on your order if it's not already been submitted to our warehouse.

All emails regarding change of address must be titled ‘Change of Address’ in the Subject field of the email. Please include your full name, order number and corrected shipping address in the body of the email, and we will do our best to update your details for you. All change of address requests will be reviewed as soon as possible and we will process your cancellation if possible.

Changing/adding products or changing the shipping method
Once your order has been placed we cannot amend the type of shipping or change or add products to your order.

Postage/Shipping
If your parcel is marked as ‘delivered’ by the local postal service, however you have not received your parcel it is up to the customer, not Beachfox, to contact the local postal service to follow up. If the local postal service and the customer do not resolve the discrepancy, Beachfox is not liable and has no obligation to refund or resend your order.

Returns
Beachfox will not accept any refunds or exchanges on any product(s) purchased due to health regulations. If the product purchased is defective or you feel is not as advertised, please email us and we will do our best to work with you to resolve the situation.

In the event your goods have been damaged in transit, please email us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Modifications to the service and prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our services.

English language
All order details need to be placed in English language only. Please note, any orders not placed in the English language may not print on address labels correctly and may not arrive to your shipping address. Beachfox will not be liable for refund / or replacement.

The use of diacritic marks such as ñ will not be printed and Beachfox will not be liable for refund / or replacement.
